As a front-runner in delivering outstanding HR experiences, you will assist Line Managers and Workers with HR matters
Requirement
Professionals in HR with at least three years of experience in an HR capacity are welcome to apply.
In addition, the following information should be in your resume:
- A degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar field; experience interacting with managers and staff; ability to offer guidance and knowledge in HR-related topics, such as corporate collaboration, employment legislation, and benefits and compensation.
- strong HR information and analysis abilities
- Knowledge of labour and employment law; abilities in collective bargaining and negotiation; disciplinary case management and grievance handling; change management and employee engagement
- strong writing and communication abilities
- demonstrated ability to diagnose and investigate
- Professional HR qualification, such as CIPM Membership, will be advantageous, as will holding any applicable international HR certificates.
- Professional background in business partnering, industrial relations, compensation, benefits, or policy experience will be very advantageous.
