About WIN

Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls in Nigeria. WIN works to promote gender equality, education, and economic empowerment for women and girls.

About the Role

As a State Coordinator at WIN, you will play a critical role in coordinating and implementing programs and activities in your assigned state. You will work closely with local stakeholders, community leaders, and WIN’s program teams to promote women’s empowerment and gender equality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement WIN’s programs and activities in your assigned state
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, community leaders, and partner organizations
  • Provide technical support and capacity building to local partners and community groups
  • Monitor and report on program progress, challenges, and lessons learned
  • Collaborate with WIN’s program teams to develop and implement state-level strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences, education, public health)
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, community development, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
