Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for WHO staff, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Prepare and process travel requests, travel authorizations, and expense reports.
  • Ensure compliance with WHO travel policies and procedures.
  • Provide protocol support for WHO events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Liaise with government officials, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate travel and protocol arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary education, supplemented by training in administration, travel, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in travel, administration, or protocol.
  • Strong knowledge of travel procedures, protocols, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.

Remuneration:

  • Annual salary: NGN 10,910,791 – NGN 17,702,721 (tax-free).
  • Benefits: health insurance, pension plan, and paid leave.
