Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for WHO staff, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare and process travel requests, travel authorizations, and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with WHO travel policies and procedures.
- Provide protocol support for WHO events, meetings, and conferences.
- Liaise with government officials, embassies, and other stakeholders to facilitate travel and protocol arrangements.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary education, supplemented by training in administration, travel, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in travel, administration, or protocol.
- Strong knowledge of travel procedures, protocols, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.
Remuneration:
- Annual salary: NGN 10,910,791 – NGN 17,702,721 (tax-free).
