Oversee the complete intelligence process for every Shell company in Nigeria (SCIN).
In order to identify trends and threats that could affect Shell assets and operations in its operational areas, the SCiN Intelligence Analyst will be tasked with gathering and synthesising all available security-related data. The analyst will then analyse the data to provide timely tactical and strategic intelligence to support SCiN operations.
In order to guarantee that SCiN maintains up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of the political and security environment of the operational areas eco-system, the Analyst will gather data, evaluate findings, make interpretations, and write thorough reports. This will be accomplished by identifying trends and analysing them in order to provide timely tactical and strategic intelligence to support company operations.
Requirements
What do we require from you?
- a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- a minimum of five years of experience working for an intelligence organisation, the intelligence branch of a government security agency, a paramilitary or military unit, or a private or commercial enterprise that produces intelligence.
- Professional qualification and prior expertise in industrial security are advantages.
- good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- a strategic thinker with strong data handling abilities
- proven team-building and leadership abilities as well as management expertise.
- Must have a strong work ethic, be extremely driven, and be a goal achiever.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical mindset are necessary for interacting with stakeholders both inside and outside the company at various levels.
- a solid, dedicated team player with outstanding communication abilities.
