Requirements
- a degree in business administration, human resources, or a similar field Level of
- Five years of related experience is a minimum requirement.
- Proficiency in handling HR-related matters, including business partnerships, employment regulations, and benefits and compensation, as well as experience interacting with managers and staff.
- strong HR information and analysis abilities
- mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of Labour and Employment Law
- strong writing and communication abilities
- demonstrated analytical and diagnostic abilities.
- Professional HR qualification, such as CIPM Membership, will be advantageous, as will holding any applicable international HR certificates.
- An additional benefit will be professional experience in business partnering, industrial relations, compensation, benefits, or policy.
